Room 4 Resistance returns to ://about blank for a daytime summer party in the garden, this time inviting Traición - a queer collective from Mexico City.

R4R is a Berlin-based queer femme forward collective focused on community-building as well as creating space & visibility for women artists, gender queers, non-binaries, trans people, black people & people of color in Dance Music. R4R run parties, host radio shows and curate panels to explore the political dimensions of dance music and to promote artists that are underrepresented in the scene.

TRAICIÓN is a mexican collective who explores the future of queerness in Mexico City. Being a reference for the local queer and artistic communities, TRAICIÓN works as platform to promote music, performance and arts.

On Saturday, July 15th 2017, both collectives will come together in Berlin and feature:

Room 4 Resistance is a family night of queer friends & friendly strangers.

R4R welcomes people of all genders, sexualities, races, abilities and backgrounds to our parties. We want people coming from marginalized groups such as women, LGBTIQ+, people of color, black people, refugees, roma +++ to feel warmly welcome.

R4R aims to create a SAFER predominantly queer and multi-racial SPACE and to support & encourage people within our community. We will not tolerate any kind of discrimination or harassment at our door, on our dance floor or anywhere else at our party and we will not hesitate to remove people that behave inappropriately.
