Ohren gespitzt! Nach der ersten Ausgabe von Tipped Ears im August, lädt die Burg Schnabel, in Kooperation mit dem Berliner DJ Marian Tone, vom Beat Kollektiv, zur zweiten Ausgabe am 6. Oktober ein.
Auf dem ersten Floor wird zu Boogie, Modern Soul und Disco getanzt. Dazu wurden wahre Experten eingeladen, wie der Osloer DJ, Produzent und Labelbetreiber von Mutual Intentions, FREDFADES.
Neben ihn sind die Lokalhelden DISKOHENGST & ACHIM FUNK am Start, die mit ihrer Partyreihe "Das Zündet" einen regelmäßigen Sure Shot im Club Humboldthain veranstalten.
Auf dem zweiten Floor wird es polyrhythmisch. Mit MAD LUBI, SOUL MAJESTIX & ANAX DRYANDER, finden sich dort die DJs und Repräsentanten des Berliner Labels PHILOPHON ein, die für interlocal und eucosmic music stehen und eine anspruchsvolle Alternative zum ersten Floor anbieten und zum Tanzen animieren.

FREDFADES
Fredfades is a 29-year old producer, DJ, and artist originating from Oslo, Norway. A heavy collector of Jazz and Modern Soul, Fred has been digging in the crates for over 15 years. His solo debut album, Warmth, dropped this past June 2017, via UK’s KingUnderground Records. Preceding his solo debut, Fred had already made a name for himself in indie Hip-Hop circles worldwide, releasing several 7″s, as well as a widely regarded collaborative album with fellow Norwegian, rapper Ivan Ave (2015’s Fruitful). Fred also runs the Oslo-based label Mutual Intentions, which houses a collective of the same name, collaborating on musical and visual arts. With eight releases under their belt thus far, including five in 2017 already, Mutual Intentions looks to release a slew of new material in the coming months, from House, to New Age, to reissues.

DISKOHENGST & ACHIM FUNK
Berlin Wedding based Diskohengst & Achim Funk are dancefloor proved DJs and record diggers for many years. Beside their solo Hip Hop projects and releases of Achim Funk and Shacke One aka Diskohengst, they run the regular "Das Zündet" events, with focus on Boogie, Disco and Boombap beats with a MPC flavour. All under the label of their crew of "Nordachse".
