Ron Morelli’s Long Island Electrical Systems sind endlich wieder da!
Der Hauptsitz des Labels ist in Brooklyn aber es sieht so aus, als hätten es im Suicide Circus eine zweite Heimat gefunden. Das Line up der zweiten Labelnacht strotzt nur so vor dicken Namen aus dem Untergrund: SVENGALISGHOST aka Marquis Cooper musste auf dem harten Weg lernen, wie vergänglich digitale Speicher sind und ist nun bedacht darauf, mit analoger Hardware für den Moment zu leben. Das hat ihn schnell zum einer absoluten Live-Set Koryphäe gemacht. DJ OVERDOSE aus Rotterdam gilt mit seinen über 30 Jahren DJ-Erfahrung ebenfalls als Legende. Der Pariser Künstler 45ACP und die Berlinerin MAGDA EL-BAYOUMI runden die Sache ab.

Ron Morelli’s Long Island Electrical Systems are back all the way from Brooklyn for their label night. Thankfully they are no strangers to the Circus and neither is Svengalisghost. Svengalisghost aka Marquis Cooper had to learn the hard way about the ephemeral nature of digital storage and in an effort to live more in the moment in the digital age he has become a live set wizard. This is a must hear, and just in case you missed it, check out his latest 12” ‘Untitled’ released on Russian Torrent Versions, a L.I.E.S. imprint.
DJ Overdose is a true legend from The Hague who is currently residential in Rotterdam. He started djing in the late 80s and shortly after he started producing. Recently he added the moniker Model Man to his artistry, which is more dedicated to wave, pop and dance.
Paris-based producer Dang-Khoa Chau aka D.K. has that kind of undeniable woozier boogie/modern soul sensibility capable of bringing brightness to even the most depressing of days.
