Solaris gehört zu einem Kollektiv aus Leipzig, das der Stadt mit dem dort seit 2014 aufgebauten Institut Für Zukunft ein neues Sprachrohr in Bezug auf Clubkultur und nerdige elektronische Musik gegeben hat. Solaris beschreibt sich zwar generell als Techno-DJ, doch finden auch Broken Beats, Chicago House, Acid, Electro, Ambient und Soundtracks Eingang in ihre Sets. Denn stumpfe Gradlinigkeit ödet die Bookerin des IfZ an. Nach diesem Schema feilt sie zusammen mit Stanley Schmidt auch an dem Sound für ihr Label PH17. Die erste Platte kürzlich erschienen und eine absolute Hörempfehlung.
Die Rehbellen haben in Basel zwar keinen eigenen Club, sind als Veranstaltungsreihe jedoch nicht minder erfolgreich und holen regelmäßig große Namen wie Function oder Francois X in die beschauliche Stadt am Rhein. Der brachiale Sound von Herrrouine macht keine Gefangene und steht stellvertretend für die Crew, die besonders über die individuelle Klasse ihrer Residents punkten kann.
Balas komplettiert das Line-up des heutigen Abends. Der Chefbooker und Mastermind hinter Rituals hat nicht nur Woche für Woche ein feines Gespür für vielseitige Gäste, sondern vereint selbst enorme Routine hinter den Plattentellern.

Balas completes the line-up this evening. The booker and mastermind behind Rituals not only has a fine touch for bringing varied guests every week, but also combines this with massive abilities behind the decks.
