House with a funky groove and a touch of soulfulness is how Matteo Perz describes his music. Matteo Perz is an Italian-German independent artist who is now based in Berlin.
Matteo gets inspiration from songs and movies from the late 70’s and early 80’s. Elements from that period are converted into 2016. An old sound, but with an modern edge due to the new technology available. It really gives that funky, grove feeling that is so characteristic for that time.Matteo moved to Berlin, where he is currently based.An other ongoing project is the radioshow ‘The House Van’. Presenting a mix of classic house music from the 90’s to this century.
