Dub Resort is the alter ego of Berlin born Johannes Wägner. Having an early enthusiasm for music and in particular for the actual production techniques, he gained a comprehensive and precise understanding of various genres, enabling him to develope a detailed and creative work flow.

Since the end of 2010 Johannes produces extensive and hypnotic
deep house & dub tunes under the name Dub Resort.
At the age of only 18 Johannes presented his first live act performance and therefore he was able to gain lots of experience to firm his own style.

Despite his young age since ever he has been dealing with the roots of electronic music and night life ranging from Detroit-techno up to classic Chicago-house.

His productions and DJ sets captivate with broad pads, dark atmosphere, intense kick drums and bass lines, clear structures, mesmerizing beats and melodic elements.

Being involved in the label things.you.like, Dub Resort is responsible for all tasks related to music. Moreover, he as a degree in music production with a focus on sound design.
