We’re super excited to welcome Satoshi Tomiie to the Saal for the next edition of 180 min. During this rare 3-hour live performance he will have the ideal environment to improvise and explore, bringing us another unforgettable evening of live electronic music.

Satoshi Tomiie has been a key innovator in the house music scene for over 35 years, from his seminal collaboration with godfather-of-house Frankie Knuckles on his first ever release in 1989, to his contributions to the New York and Chicago house sound on some of the scene’s most revered labels since. A jazz pianist at heart, Satoshi performed live with the inimitable Ryuichi Sakamoto throughout the 90s, whilst still playing a crucial role in the development of house music across the globe. In 2016, he made the jump to performing on a modular setup and hasn’t looked back. Expect a hypnotic blend of dub, techno and minimal from a bonafide grand master.

Support on the night comes from Kyiv-born Nastik, a truly versatile DJ whose talents stretch far beyond the booth, having founded and run one of Prague's best underground clubs Wildt (now sadly closed down). Expect ambient mood-filled soundscapes moving into pacier, more beat-driven territory paving the way for the live performance.

Doors open at 19:00.
