MOTZ is turning one and we cordially invite you to a night of revelry on this wonderous occasion. Expect nothing but filthy bangers that will have your head turning 360° (you may need an exorcism after).
Here at MOTZ we always like to bring something new to the table so we are welcoming Time Traveler, FLmm & MOTH for their debut in Berlin. So make sure to come along and see these absolute weapons destroy the dancefloor.
Ossian - (South London Analogue Material)
One half of the infamous South London Analogue Material. Their latest EP Butch/Buck had a massive impact in techno town. Ossian has been travelling around creating havoc with his explosive sounds. We are very happy to invite this spicy boy down so make sure you have a pint of milk at the ready.
Time Traveler - (ChroniclesDiary)
With his heavy, distorted sound gaining the attention of River 9 agency and leading to collaborations with techno giants Bas Mooy, Lucy, and Black Asteroid, Time Traveler has forged himself a reputation for uncompromising, expansive techno. Given his penchant for clanky, apocalyptic tracks, you might find yourself transported to the belly of a haunted factory while the Sardinian producer mans the decks. Not for the fainthearted!
FLmm - (Pls.Uk)
A young producer from the south of Italy has been making waves in the techno realm and first started getting involved with techno as a teenager. His sound has a raw energy and pulsating drum beats that can send you into a trance. His candescent and subversive style has created an emerging platform for him and has been in demand to play all around europe and in some notable clubs like Corsica studios where he recently played for Jaded. He is also the one of the founders of Pls.Uk.
MOTH - (T/W/B)
Industrial techno duo MOTH join us from Paris for the final set of debauchery at dawn. A plethora of releases on T/W/B, Märked, Molekül and Grounded has firmly put MOTH on the map as ones to watch over the coming year, and has landed them a string of gigs between Berlin and France. Staying true to their self-definition of ‘INDUSTRIAL. TECHNO. MENTAL’, these two won’t be toning it down in the early hours. Have the water ready.
