WME Entertainment and Away are deeply sorry to inform you that, due to circumstances beyond our control, Mall Grab will no longer be able to perform at this show. We regret the calendar mix-up and understand this is the second time. To make it up to you, we are offering the following options:

Here’s what you need to know about the event update:

KEEP YOUR TICKET AND GET ACCESS TO TWO EVENTS INSTEAD OF ONE!

If you keep your ticket, it will be valid for both the event on November 30th and a special concert show next year with Mall Grab’s tour! All tickets purchased up until November 1st will automatically be valid for the new event next year. No action is required on your part—simply hold onto your QR code, which will be recognized for both events.

Your Options:

1. Request a Refund: If you would like a refund, please email [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
2. Keep Your Ticket:
• Double Access: If you keep your ticket, it will allow entry to both the November 30th event and the Mall Grab concert next year.
• Important Note: You won’t be able to resell your ticket for the new event next year. However, you can resell it for the November 30th event. Once barcodes are transferred to the new event, resale will no longer be possible for that event.
