As summer season is about to end, Room 4 Resistance invites the In Training collective (Cleveland), one of the most inspiring queer crews in the US right now, to join us for 10 hours of beautiful madness at ://about blank.

This collaborative party will run from midnight till 10 am and take over both sweaty dancefloors with live acts and DJ sets.

This will be a unique opportunity for both collectives to come together and present local and international talents coming from the UK, US & Germany.

Room 4 Resistance is a Berlin-based queer femme forward collective focused on community-building as well as creating space & visibility for women artists, gender queers, non-binaries, trans people, black people & people of color in Dance Music. R4R run parties, host radio shows and curate panels to explore the political dimensions of dance music and to promote artists that are underrepresented in the scene.

In Training is a queer-run monthly event in Cleveland (USA) aiming to create an autonomous space for queer existence and solidarity via electronic music, hoping to serve as a gathering space for people who feel disenfranchised from the mainstream gay club scene and assimilationist values that homogenize and erase our art and culture. In Training are setting up their own spaces and alternatives that promote a celebration of queerness through sound, video, art and music. They are committed to a safe, inclusive, consensual and positive space where people can be who they are without fear of being excluded. Resident DJs/organizers include Mx. Silkman, Father of Two, and Kiernan Laveaux.

Room 4 Resistance is a family night of queer friends & friendly strangers.

R4R welcomes people of all genders, sexualities, races, abilities and backgrounds to our parties. We want people coming from marginalized groups such as women, LGBTIQ+, people of color, black people, refugees, roma +++ to feel warmly welcome.

R4R aims to create a SAFER predominantly queer, femme and multi-racial SPACE and to support & encourage people within our community. We will not tolerate any kind of discrimination or harassment at our door, on our dance floor or anywhere else at our party and we will not hesitate to remove people that behave inappropriately.
