Oscillate has many reasons to celebrate this November. With it’s 4th Birthday, the 1st anniversary of Modular Gang and the launch of our new label Oscillate Tracks. We’ve invited the inventor of the Colundi Sequence himself, Aleksi Perälä, to help us celebrate with a 90 minute live set. Warming things up for Aleksi is Version resident and co-founder of Sound Metaphors Clara Badu with her extraordinarily dark and moody take on ambient and dub. Oscillate resident Johanna Knutsson will deliver one of her signature closing sets on the MDF, bringing it to it’s ethereal yet powerful pinnacle. It is also the 1st anniversary of Modular Gang’s debut and we are thrilled to have them back again for their 3rd take over of the tent with racks upon racks of modules stupefying us all night long. Leading the way in the lobby is Robert Johnson resident Orson Wells aka O-Wells with his dripping electro cuts. Joining him is Bristol mainstay and NTS and Mix Nights resident Danielle with her many records collected from years of working at Phonica Records. Toma Kami’s UK-focussed mix of playful percussion and rhythm will open the room out while DJ Fart in the Club will bring the floor to an ecstatic close with her fun mix of bouncy, bleepy 90s revival club hits.
We’re also thrilled to announce the launch of our label “Oscillate Tracks”. The first release features Oscillate alumni: Roza Terenzi, D. Tiffany and Jayda G. Copies of the record will be available at the event.

Für Oscillate gibt es gleich mehrere Gründe im November die Korken knallen zu lassen: Zum einen feiert die Reihe ihr 4 jähriges Bestehen, das Modular-synthesizer-Projekt “Modular Gang” wird 1 Jahr alt und zusätzlich starten wir unser eigenes Label namens “Oscillate Tracks”!
Wir haben den Erfinder der Colundisequenz, Aleksi Perälä, eingeladen, um eine 90-minütige, hypnotisierendes Live-Performance zu präsentieren. Clara Badu, Version Resident und Mitbegründerin des Plattenladens Sound Metaphors, wird den Floor mit ihrer Interpretation von dunklem und stimmungsvollem Ambient und Dub aufwärmen. Oscillate Resident Johanna Knutsson wird eines ihrer unverkennbaren Closing Sets auf dem MDF spielen und den Floor damit zu seinem ätherischen Höhepunkt treiben. Modular Gang übernimmt zum ersten Geburtstag das dritte Mal das Zelt und wird Racks über Racks stapeln, um den berauschenden Sound zu erzeugen, der uns/euch beim letzten Mal hat kreuz und quer springen lassen. Auf dem Lobby Floor wird Orson Wells aka O-Wells die Führung übernehmen. Wir erwarten treibende Electro-Cuts. Aus Bristol wird sich NTS Radio Host und Mix Nights Resident Danielle mit ihrer Plattensammlung dazu gesellen. Toma Kami’s UK-lastiger Mix aus spielerischen Percussions und Rhythmus eröffnet die Feier, während DJ Fart in the Club die Party mit ihrem lebhaften Mix aus 90s Revival Clubhits zu einem ekstatischen Finale verhelfen wird.
Wir freuen uns wahnsinnig den Start unseres Labels Oscillate Tracks zu verkünden. Das erste Release kommt von Oscillate Alumnis Roza Terenzi, D. Tiffany und Jayda G. Die Platte ist auch während der Veranstaltung zu haben.
