am Samstag, den 28.08.2021 öffnen wir die Türen zum ganzen Areal mit Hof und Garten für alle Interessierten und Involvierten, um einen Blick in die Ateliers, Studios und Projekträume und das Areal zu werfen.

Seit nun mehr als 7 Jahren sind wir in der Alten Münze. Was als kleines Projekt in wenigen Räumen begann, ist heute zu einer umfangreichen, interdisziplinären Gemeinschaft gewachsen, die gemeinsam dieses ehemalige Prägewerk im ältesten Teil Berlins sukzessive in einen offenen Ort für Kultur und Kreatives verwandelt hat.
All das hätten wir nicht ohne unsere Community und Mitstreiter*Innen verwirklichen können. Deshalb möchten wir dieses Sommerfest als Tag der offenen Tür zum Anlass nehmen, um zu feiern und zu würdigen, was die Alte Münze heute ist.

on Saturday, August 28th, 2021 we will open the doors to the whole area including our courtyard and garden for all interested and involved to take a look at the studios, project rooms and the area.

We have been in the Alte Münze for more than 7 years. What began as a small project in just a few rooms has now grown into an extensive, interdisciplinary community that has gradually transformed this former stamping plant in the oldest part of Berlin into an open place for culture and creativity.
We couldn't have achieved all of this without our community and fellow campaigners. That is why we would like to use this summer festival as an open day to celebrate and pay tribute to what the Alte Münze is today.
