With seasonal change spewing hues of a fading autumnal bliss, Absurd Lustre is very proud to present the naturalistic sounds of Perila, performing live in an intimate environment where faux-flora meets the sublime.


One half of Space Afrika, Joshua Tarelle Reid, will bring a sferic tone to the evening with a supporting DJ set, alongside the formidable warm up dubs of Berlin talent DJ Hops (Version).


Adding to the reminders of a specific season will be Sa Pa with a set of drifting textures and rhythms for falling foliage - followed by a final and closing golden hour by sonic archeologist e/tape.

Keeping it real on ground level is Chris Rau & Skinny D, playing reggae vibes, lovers rock and digi dub (9PM-1AM) to help compliment Daniela’s delicious Thai pop up, and drinks thereafter. At cruising altitude from thereon-in are the select cuts of Lina & Alto Bloom keeping your head in the clouds from 1AM until lights out.

Absurd Lustre is the search for a trans-continental exotica where deeper listening, sound poetry and genre experimentation can take place.


Blending a cocktail effect of environmental sound art, non-music and freeform rhythms; ambient storytelling, dub and percussive inspirations help transport the listener into a nebulous realm of spatio-temporal immersion.


Exploring notions of clubbing modernity, ephemeral landscapes and the sonic phenomena of field recordings, Absurd Lustre is a place to sink, swim and hide in the atmospheric delights of a world unknown.
