Arkaoda welcomes STROOM
Beligum’s finest contemporary label for gentle persuasion, for a series of nights introducing the labels output with live music and DJ narration. For the first edition STROOM spin doctor Nosedrip comes to Neukölln and brings his magic record bag loaded with cheeky evocative tunes from far away and around the corner. The first live show for the launch of the new STROOM Arkaoda residency comes from Belgian bass clarinet player Ben Bertrand, who will introduce his latest modern classical abstract ambient album “Manes”, soon to be released on STROOM in collaboration with Brussel’s Les Ateliers Claus label. Before the concert and Nosedrip’s trippy agitation, F. Æmbient, man behind the feverish Kashual Plastik label, and ML, man behind 150 Session on NTS Radio, will do the B2B to preheat Arkaoda’s dimly dance basement with veiled rhythms.
