For this edition of Automaticamore – Berlin’s charmingly glittery Italo night – we have the pleasure to have again George Hysteric, Melbourne’s one and only Italo-Wunderkind!
The man behind Mothball Record, since 2011 Hysteric has been releasing a seemingly endless string of edits and mixes, among others with Italo-godfather Flemming Dalum, as well as reissues of sought-after gems and rarities and his own highly-danceable output as producer.
With his two previous visits at Autimaticamore now legendary, Hysteric’s deliciously trashy, high-strung set will take us on a tour from Melbourne to Tokyo to Milano. Expect sharply melancholic dancefloor killers, relentless Hi-NRG baselines and shamelessly forgotten 80s obscurities, all expertly mixed together for a night of pure Italo bliss!
