Zenith:
A sweeping, cinematic, emotional change is in the air. Molly Nilsson’s sixth studio album offers up a take on life as we would love to experience it but seldom do. Recorded in her home of Berlin and whilst touring and, as ever, conceived, produced, written and recorded in solitude, Zenith is Nilsson’s big statement and consequently her most affecting work to date. It sees her reveling in big arrangements, sweeping synth strings, bigger choruses and emotions the likes of which she seems especially adept at accessing and communicating. Like the rest of us, though, she looks within and to endless sunsets in wonder and puzzlement. This show will serve as an opportunity to hear the record performed live in its entirety for the first time.

Apostille (Glasgow, Night School Records)
Beginning as a refuge in solitude from his activities in various punk groups, Apostille is the solo life of Michael Kasparis. Utilising samplers, decaying electronics and synths, Kasparis builds up a head of volcanic energy during his live performances, a molten emotional mess that at times threatens to derail his pop songs. At the heart of each movement and spectacle is a pop song: sometimes obscured, sometimes full-bodied, always big of heart. That meaning and spectacle joust through-out both recorded documentation and live moments is part of the appeal: the audience is invited to become entangled by sheer force of will, by the promise of failure or success.

Alex Cameron (Sydney)
Since the release of his widely praised Jumping The Shark LP, Alex Cameron has a graced a number of Berlin and international stages, earning himself a reputation as one to watch. Not just in a meteoric rise to the top kind of way, but also in a "My gosh, this show happening before my very eyes is truly incredible and definitely one worth watching" kind of way. We are thrilled to welcome him to the bill.

Planningtorock (DJ) is a Berlin based music producer, video director and founder of the record label Human Level.
