Neben perversen, unschuldigen Zuschauern hat Birgit’s Eis an der Waffel auch zwei unglaubliche Showcases zu bieten.
Der erste kommt aus der Festival Welt Kroatiens, in der Pero Fullhouse seit 20 Jahren nicht nur ein Local Hero ist, sondern auch ein Big Playerin der kroatischen Szene, die derzeit hart gegen die Kommerzialisierung kämpft. Sein eigenes Baby, das Moondance Festival, wurde ins Leben gerufen, um pure underground culture nach Kroatien zu holen. Da ist es kein Wunder, das Ikonen wie Jeff Mills schon seit Jahren mit ihm zusammen arbeiten.
Zu seinem bescheidenen Moondance-Showcase bringt er eine weitere Legende Kroatiens mit. Petar Dundov, bekannt für seinen melodisch-definierten Techno, maßgeschneidert für die sonnigen Strände entlang der dalmatischen Küste.
Zu guter Letzt wird noch die Chord Group Birgit’s Wohnzimmer mit einigen Berliner Shooting Stars beehren.
Aside from corrupting innocent bystanders, Birgit's Eis an der Waffel weekend also hosts two incredible showcases.
The first comes all the way from festival land, Croatia, where Pero Fullhouse is not only a local legend for over 20 years, but also probably the only major player in the Croatian scene that struggles against the fast and volgar commercialization of the festival scene there. His own baby, Moondance Festival, was created in order to bring pure underground culture to Croatia and it is no wonder that world icons like Jeff Mills are working so closely with him for years.
To his modest showcase of Moondance he brought with him another Croatian legend, Petar Dundov, known for defining melodic Techno, as if tailor made for the sunny beaches across the Dalmatia.
Another group showcasing its tunes is the Chord group, taking over Birgit's Wohnzimmer with some of Berlin's rising stars.
The Moondance Festival Showcase in the Werkstatt shall take place on Friday, 16.06, with:
