Charlie is one of Berlins central disco selektors and a hard working music lover for real. He is not only curator of the Smooth Operators record label but also former promoter and co-founder of the Get Deep parties. Together with Jochen Discomeyer he holds the Disco Train party series which has become an musical institution over the last two years.
ZAREN 23:00-1:00
Zaren is a relative latecomer to the DJ scene but a real power house when it comes to bringing in the spirit. Heavily influenced by DJs such as Hunee, Red Rack'em, Gene Siewing and the Hold Tight crew his sets are rarely downtempo, somewhat eclectic, yet always aimed squarely at those with Disco souls. Together with Blake Sabbath he promotes the Proto Hustle Network.
EVERGRACE 3:00-6:00
Franconian boogie wizard Evergrace is an edit-fiend par excellence. Inspired by Chop Shop, Fingerman, Alkalino and Horse Meat Disco he's curating hundreds of essential cuts and remasters. With the platform Disco Spektrum the DJ brings Berlin's local Disco & Funk scene together. Look out for his open decks and listening sessions.
TOMBY 21:00-23:00
Right before his southafrica-trip Tomby is joining us for the prelude of the night. This bearded gentlemen from Saxony knows how to be passionate about body and soul. As headmaster of the soulful house collective he is spreading the groove in east germany since 1996, being also a promoter in Leipzig and Dresden, and moreover a former Break Dancer and Yoga-Trainer.
