Als eine Hälfte des Duos Âme und Co-Founder des Innervisions Labels, fand Frank Wiedemann nebenher noch Zeit vor zwei Jahren sein eigenes Label Bigamo zu gründen. Der Fokus liegt hierbei besonders auf Musik, die sich eben nicht ins bereits bestehende Label einordnen lässt, aber dennoch Verbreitung finden muss. Entsprechend unterschiedlich gestalten sich auch die Live-Sets der mitgebrachten Künstler Abrão, der hauptsächlich mit seiner Stimme auf unterschiedlichsten elektronischen Arrangements arbeitet, und Keope, die hingegen mit E-Gitarren-Sounds auf tanzbaren Loops hantieren. Obendrauf noch allerbeste DJ-Handwerkskunst von Robag Wruhme, dessen brandneues und langersehntes Album „Venq Tolep“ in dieser Woche auf Pampa Records erscheint, Trikk, Katja Ruge und unserem Johannes Albert – kann eigentlich nur mega werden!
We are happy to welcome Âme’s Frank Wiedemann and his Bigamo Label to Else for the first time on June 2. The Innervisions man himself will be performing a live set of elegant house and techno, and he brings with him several sought-after artist friends. Toni Bruna and Marcus Rossknecht, collaboratively known as Keope, will perform a live set full of other-wordly, non-conformist sounds, as will Abrão, who arrives from Israel fresh off the back of his debut album on Bigamo. We’re also excited to welcome Robag Wruhme, whose smooth, cerebral selections will serve as a perfect soundtrack to an evening by the Spree. Rounding out the lineup are Innervisions talent Trikk, Katja Ruge, and Renate’s own Johannes Albert.
