LUX is a french duo visiting Berlin from Paris. They present this year the fruit of their last half year work on a new album also called 'LUX'. A project born in the french countryside, in an old railway station where the artist closed themselves down in the essential search of sound. Known for their avantgarde approach they combine different musical styles of bossa-nova, flamenco, funk, jazz with the fine crafted electronic sounds of Berlin. Everything is played LIVE with a guitar, loopers, piano and different machines, without the use of a computer. The feeling is quoting Pablo: „aquatic, mineral and woody“ and for the love of it he says: „It needs to be LUX (in latin „light“), there’s no time for darkness“.
