Oliver Kucera, "raw", "exuberant', "pure talent", a few words that have been used to describe Amsterdam's techno jewel and phenom. He is one man with his machines, a one of a kind old-school meets new-school warehouse techno connoisseur who has been destroying dance floors across Europe with his live sets since 2004.

Jeff 23 cut his teeth at the first London inner city warehouse parties. He began to DJ in 1991 and swiftly made a name for himself at club events and underground parties in the UK. Joining Spiral Tribe as the rave scene exploded across the country, Jeff then moved into continental Europe to help spearhead the nomadic drive of Spiral Tribe and became one of the major musical forces in the collective

Oliver Kucera: roh, überschwänglich, echtes Talent – das sind nur ein paar Worte, mit denen Amsterdams Technojuwel und -phänomen schon beschrieben wurde. Er ist ein Mann mit seinen Maschinen – eine einzigartige alte Schule trifft auf den Kenner des New-School Warehouse Techno – der seit 2004 mit seinen Livesets europaweit Dancefloors vernichtet.

Jeff23 hat auf den ersten Warehousepartys in London Blut geleckt. Mit dem DJ-ing begann er 1991 und machte sich schnell einen Namen bei Club-Events und Underground-Partys in Großbritannien. Schließlich schloss er sich dem Spiral Tribe an, als die Raveszene im ganzen Land explodierte. Dann zog er nach Kontinentaleuropa, um den nomadischen Feldzug des Spiral Tribe anzuführen und wurde zu einer der wichtigsten musikalischen Kräfte des Kollektivs.
