For this edition, Hopper is hosted by our very own Chris Schwarzwälder. Part of our family since the Kater Holzig days, Chris is a talented producer and DJ who feels more at home with his synthesisers than in the limelight.

Chris invites Rodriguez Jr, legendary melodic house and techno producer, for a hybrid live set. Ruede Hagelstein also treats us to a live performance, Chris’s curation transforms Hopper into a place for those who like it slow and organic with plenty of storytelling: downtempo and slowrave from the likes of Swiss duo dualism, Nixe, and to be honest.., and on Saturday night, Bonfante and Sascha Cawa with bass-driven, more uptempo selections.

In Acid Bogen, we have a powerful programming on Friday night: An On Bast has brought her live set to stages at Fusion, Garbicz, Rave the Planet – and now back to Kater. Mona Moore goes b2b with Stan Starry, plus Melbo & Falke from Hamburg, for a night of melodic techno and tech house with acid influences. The party continues with Marcus Worgull, Barnt, Aera, Solique, Redfreya, miAs, Sven Dohse and many more…

We also look forward to a live set from Alejandro Mosso, at the intersection of deep house, minimal, tribal, and experimental dance music. Before and after: deep, minimal, dubby and techy selections from Soela, Josefina Tapia, and Achilles Moss.

This is gonna be a weekend you won’t forget too easily!
