The sounds of Latin America are coming to NIGHT EMBASSY as Musikplatz takes the stage: Join us on 13 December for an evening of live jam session and booming DJ sets that will last well into the morning.
The night kicks off with a jam session (18:00 - 23:00). They’ll heat things up with live electronic music from a wide range of artists including Metrika (Sol Selectas), Eviltapes (Shalom, Indigo Raw), and many others. The Pentajam is a relaxed atmosphere for experimentation: As artists come and go, the work they make together will follow.
As the evening rolls on, Musikplatz will take the stage from 23:00: The collective celebrates emerging electronic music culture from around the world, and they’re pulling out all the stops for their showcase. Stick around for sets by AfterDark Society member Billy Mendrix (Hybrid/Calypso Records), as well as Roderic (Katermuke), Alejandro Bernal (Hybrid/Musikplatz), Rene Roco (Musikplatz), and more.

The NIGHT EMBASSY is a place to explore new directions for Berlin’s nightlife, and the Night Embassy Closing series is taking the concept one step further: We’re booking globally for a local showcase from 5 – 14 December.
Each night of the series spotlights some of the most exciting artists from a single region for a broader, wider, and more inclusive perspective on what the future of global club culture has to offer.
Over two weeks, the series will represent the U.K, Spain, China, South Africa, Finland, Russia, Latin America and International Graffiti Artists. Join us for a live premiere of “KOLOKOL” by headliner Philipp Gorbachev at Checkpoint Moscow and a guest DJ set by Franz Ferdinand’s Julian Corrie at BerLondon, then stick around for more local legends and emerging artists like Spain’s Deva, South Africa’s Floyd Lavine, IBE from Finland, Pepe Mogt, Ruyzdael, and a few special guests from around the world that you won’t want to miss.
