Food from 5, one DJ from 8. A different selector each edition, moving through jazz, funk, house, balearic and beyond — good food, good people, and a sound that keeps serving all night long.

Bijon is an eclectic DJ hailing from Manchester who has been passionately collecting and sharing music for the past 10 years. His sound has developed into a multi genre blending output centred around house and a 4/4 feel.

His journey as a party organiser and resident DJ started in the north west of the UK where he became a member of the Behind the Groove collective. The trio have since gone on to throw parties in London, Croatia and Berlin.
