Oxi Club - Confusion Is Next To Happiness 003 with Marylou, Decha & Lena Willikens

We’re excited to announce a new format this summer:

Confusion Is Next To Happiness

Expect a diverse and experimental range of live music sessions in our garden and get immersed in beautiful, strange sounds as well as genre-bending performances.

CINTH003 on July 1 is co-curated by Lena Willikens, featuring a live set by Düsseldorf-based multi-disciplinary artist Decha and DJ sets by Marylou and Willikens herself.

Decha’s musical career goes back to Klaus Dinger’s La! Neu?, Superbilk and Toresch with Tolouse Low Trax. Since 2019 she creates unique whisper-soft post-industrial pop.

Marylou Guerra comes from the depth of Morphine Records. Berlin-based painter, wonderful DJ and radio host dedicated to experimental music on the fringes of club music.

Lena Willikens first honed her unique approach during a long residency at Düsseldorf’s Salon des Amateurs. She’s a celebrated DJ and selector, host of a monthly NTS show and one half of Phantom Kino Ballet, a project that centers around a soundtrack comprised of music, film quotes, and interview excerpts, which is visualized through a video.

We can’t think of a more mesmerizing combination for a very special evening.
