It's been a strong year for Lanark Artefax: his recent 12" on Nic Tasker's Whities imprint had heads turning and ears opening wide, even Aphex Twin could'nt resist including the Glasgow-raised and based producer's dazzling, sublime, sleek yet breaks-heavy music in his sets. Still on the rise he's a perfect match to bring his now hypercomplex then dancefloor-friendly live set to Leisure System, and making his Berlin debut at the same time.

Skee Mask did not become one of the most exciting producers around overnight. Formerly known as SCNTST, he released his first record on Boysnoize Records at the age of 18, having been to a club only once – and hating it. After several more acclaimed EPs for the label, he opened a new chapter as Skee Mask in 2014 on the Munich-based Ilian Tape label. More incredible releases followed, and in 2016 he released his debut album ‘Shred’, which was widely acclaimed as one of the best albums of the year. Skee Mask manages to make music that is unique and instantly recognisable, while pulling in references from the entire spectrum of electronic music. Thios of course also goes for his DJ sets.

By contrast, Peder Mannerfelt is a veteran in the music world, having done everything from big-budget studio work to playing in bands, productions and collaborations as The Subliminal Kid and Roll The Dice, and most recently a series of groundbreaking electronic releases under his own name. Spurred on by Emptyset's Paul Purgas, who released his first record in years after hearing what Peder considered to be sketches of intro’s to proper tracks, Peder found new inspiration in simplicity. From his ‘The Swedish Congo Record’ – doing for Congolese music what Wendy Carlos did for Bach – to ‘Controlling Body’ (an album made entirely from samples) the inspiration just keeps flowing. Following up on several past guestings in Berghain and Kantine he'll make his debut in Säule tonight.

Barker will perform his first solo live set in 8 years, performing new material in the works. It's not a proper Leisure System without Beckett on decks, warming up the floor tonight.
