The hammock slowly swings back and forth. Although the sky above us is getting dark, we’re staying outside in this warm and cozy summer night. The weight of our bodies presses us against each other automatically. His head rests on my shoulder, black curls touching my nose. I tenderly stroke the bronze coloured neck in front of me with my left, holding a glass of red wine and a cigarette with my right. The sound of his breath mixes with Stan Getz’ sax and Evan’s piano, while I brush the hair off his face so he can get a taste of my drink.
