Kurz nach Halloween heißt es natürlich Rave the Grave, wo thematisch, ob mit oder ohne Kostüm, unser mexikanisches Totenfest nach-zelebriert wird. Mit Dimitri Veimar ist dabei ein mehr als bekanntes Gesicht, das nach seiner Renate Schallplatte mit der Nummer fünf auch weiterhin düsterere Klangwelten erbaute. Den Grünen Raum teilt er sich diesmal gemeinsam mit Tracing Xircles, dem experimentelleren House-Side-Project von Blue Hour und AJ-X und Galcher Lustwerk. Direkt darunter ist erstmalig bei uns zu Gast der Niederländer JP Enfant, der neben seinem Label Les Enfants Terrible aka LET Recordings besonders als (späterer) Resident des Trouw und aktuell im De School einiges von sich hören ließ. Ebenso wie auch auf seinem letzten Release bewegt er sich zwischen fließend-hypnotischem Techno, Perkussionsinstrument-durchzogenen Beat-Gerüsten und durchaus euphorischen Neo-Trance-Momenten. Den full Female Support übernehmen drumrum Laura BCR und Natascha Kann. In den Roten Raum bringt zudem Thomass Jackson das neue Release seines gemeinsam mit Iñigo Vontier betriebenen Labels Calypso Records und den von ihm exzessiv zelebrierten Tribal Disco-Dub mit, den zuvor Alison Swing und Tereza aus Chemnitz einleiten.
This Halloween we rave the grave the Saturday following the eve. In true Renate style costumes are a mainstay. We have invited some of the most morbidly strange acts with Dimitri Veimar a more than familiar face who continues to build a world of darker sound. This time he shares the Green Room with Galcher Lustwerk, who opens for Tracing Xircles, the more experimental House-Side-Project of Berlin based Blue Hour and AJ-X. Directly below for the first time is Dutch JP Enfant, who in addition to his label Les Enfants Terrible aka “LET” held a residency in the now deceased Trouw and is currently a member of De School in Amsterdam. In his latest EP he moves between fluid-hypnotic techno, percussion-driven beat scaffolding and quite euphoric neo-trance notes. Sandwiched between Laura BCR and Natascha Kann, he finds himself in best matching company in the black room. Thomass Jackson brings the new release of his co-owned label with Iñigo Vontier, Calypso Records, to the Red Room, celebrating his excessively tribal disco-dub, joined by our resident Alison Swing and the Chemnitz native Tereza.
