Ransom Note packs it's overhead locker sized bag and heads to Berlin, taking over all 4 rooms of Salon - Zur wilden Renate with a host of pals.
Renate's apartments are getting a visit by the UK-based online magazine, and lately also record label The Ransom Note, which in the past has excelled in particular with its high-quality eponymous podcast series that can not be defined in any single genre. There for example you could already hear a mix by French artist Julienne Dessagne who as part of the project Saschienne already published on Kompakt and presented her debut album as Fantastic Twins on the Glasgow label Optimo Music.
The Ransom Note label represent among others the Spaniard Afro-House DJ Bawrut and NTS radio host Choosing Acronyms Randomly aka C.A.R. whose New Wave album "Pinned" just appeared on the label. In addition the night is peppered with guests such as Scott Fraser and Joe Hart b2b as Bodyhammer who also program and play the eponymous party series in the London Underground as well as the Melbourne disco icon Francis Inferno Orchestra with his first appearance in Berlin since the release of his second album "Veranda Culture "last October.

Zu Besuch in Renates Gemächern ist diesmal das inzwischen mit eigenem Label aktive britische Online Mag The Ransom Note, welches sich in der Vergangenheit besonders durch seine qualitativ äußerst hochwertige, gleichnamige und auf kein einzelnes Genre festlegbare Mix-Serie hervortat. Dort gab es beispielsweise schon von der Französin Julienne Dessagne zu hören, die als Teil des Projekts Saschienne bereits auf Kompakt veröffentlichte und letztes Jahr ihr Debüt-Album als Fantastic Twins auf dem Glasgower Label Optimo Music vorstellte.
