In each Paradise Garage, there is this magical moment, when things seriously escalate. Some say it happens quite fast, already during the warmup sets. Some name strange times like 2:22 or 3:33. Whatever it is, whenever it is, from party to party we feel the harmony growing, and with it, a deeper understanding of the concept and the community we’re trying to build around it.
While the basis is a musical homage to the legendary New Yorker Paradise Garage and his iconic resident Larry Levan, we keep adding more layers of Berliner spirit and interpretation to the event. From party to party, our strict dress-code is met with more understanding, and people sympathize with the notion of leaving their week and their streetwear at home.

In jeder Paradise Garage gibt es diesen magischen Moment, in dem die Dinge ernsthaft eskalieren. Manche sagen, das geht ganz schnell, schon während des Warmup-Sets. Manche nennen seltsame Zeiten wie 2:22 oder 3:33. Was auch immer es ist, von Party zu Party spüren wir, wie die Harmonie wächst und mit ihr ein tieferes Verständnis für das Konzept und die Gemeinschaft, die wir versuchen, um es herum aufzubauen.
