Obwohl in Berlin lebend, ist der gebürtige Schotte Youandewan bereits seit gut fünf Jahren nicht mehr musikalischer Gast unseres Hauses gewesen. Doch nicht nur sein aktuelles und damit fünftes Release auf dem völligen Ausnahme-Label Aus Music gibt heute Anlass zur Wiederkehr. Nach Veröffentlichungen auf illustren Labels von Hypercolour bis Secretsundaze erfolgte mit der Gründung seines eigenen Imprints The Brane vergangenes Jahr der Startschuss für eine vielversprechende Plattform des minimalistisch, melodiösen und verspielten Deep House. Im Grünen Raum spielt er heute neben Gastgeber Michal Zietara und dem ebenfalls sehr umtriebigen ungarischen Produzenten Gnork, dessen Tracks ganz deutliche Jungle-Einflüsse aufweisen. Mehr gebrochene Beats in einem leicht trancigen und dabei stark Bass-geladenen IDM-Gewand liefert der Münchner David Goldberg unten im Schwarzen Raum. Seine aktuelle EP „EMO Serialism“ wurde nicht grundlos sowohl von der Groove, Inverted Audio als auch XLR8R gefeatured und ist seit Juni auf Molten Moods erhältlich. „Weeeirdos“-Veranstalter Lolsnake und Jasmine Azarian runden hier ab, während der Rote Raum durch die etwas sphärischeren Breaks des ebenfalls frisch auf Ilian Tape gelandeten Münchner Kareem El Morr bespielt wird. Ihm zur Seite stehen der seit über zehn Jahren als Head des IWW Kollektivs agierende Maxâge und die beiden Initiatoren des Monticule Festivals, Flo Scheuer und Fez.
Even if he is living in the city, Scottish producer and dj Youandewan returns after a break of more than five years back to the decks of Wilde Renate. Back in the days he released on labels as such as Hypercolour or Secretsundaze and finally found a new home for his productions on Aus Music in 2014, where also his debut-lp came out. His own imprint The Brane got started last year as a new platform for minimalistic but also melodic house with a huge love for details. Next to him the Hungarian producer Gnork will appear with a jungle-influenced live-set in the Green Room, where you will also meet our resident and host Michal Zietara. For some more bass-loaded IDM and techno David Goldberg comes downstairs to the Black Room. His new ep „EMO Serialism“, which came out on Molten Moods in June, got featured by Inverted Audio and XLR8R and new tracks seem to follow very soon. Support comes from Berlin locals Lolsnake, known as the promoter of the “Weeeirdos” party series and Jasmine Azarian. On top the Red Room offers some of Munich’s finest selectors with Maxâge, founder of IWW collective, both heads of Monticule Festival, as well as Kareem El Morr, who had also released on Molten Moods and just came up with a new ep on groundbreaking Munich-based imprint Ilian Tape.
