Schwarzer Raum: co-hosted by Digital Tsunami
Etwas anspruchsvollere Kost bringt auch der diesjährige Besuch des Opium Clubs aus Vilnius mit sich, sowie beinahe das komplette musikalische Stamm-Interieur. Allen voran ist natürlich Dauergast Manfredas als musikalisches Aushängeschild und Exportschlager mit dabei und spielt neben der momentan auf einen ähnlich guten Lauf zurückschauenden Fantastic Twins und der ersten Hälfte der Opium Residents im Grünen Raum. Nebenan im Roten Raum trifft unterdessen Fango, dessen Über-Hits wie „Rectum“ den Venezianischen Produzenten ebenso wie seine genrelosen musikalischen Eskapaden zum äußerst gefragten Namen werden ließen, auf die restliche Belegschaft, wozu auch das Alias von Vidis V zählt und unter dem er letztes Jahr auf Jennifer Cardinis Correspondant veröffentlichte. Mit dabei sind außerdem die beiden Betreiber des Kanadischen Multi Culti Labels Thomas von Party und Dreems, wovon letzterer vergangenes Jahr mit drei Tracks zwischen Synth-Lines und allerhand wilder Perkussions auf dem Kölner Label Kompakt zu hören war. Den Schwarzen Raum übernehmen zudem die beiden regelmäßig zwischen Vilnius und London mit ihrer Digital Tsunami-Reihe tingelnden Briten Ernestas Sadau und Roman Sputnik - als regelmäßige Veranstalter im Opium Club ein klarer Teil der Familie - gemeinsam mit Lokier.
For the more ambitious and psychedelic eclectic soundclash, the Opium Club from Vilnius takes again over Wilde Renate again, this time with almost the complete resident-crew, showing responsible for the very unique vibe of their home. First of all to mention is definitely Manfredas, being one of the most famous regulars from the Lithuanian club, who will play the Green Room besides the likewise very successful live-project of Fantastic Twins, as well as the first half of the Opium residents. In the Red Room, Venetian long-term producer and DJ Fango, who got best known for floor bombs like his mega hit „Rectum“ on his own imprint, and whose musical mixture can truly be described as a journey. Another part of the Opium crowd is also V, the artist better known as Vidis. His latest EP under his one-letter-alias came last year on Jennifer Cardini’s label Correspondant – and worked dancefloors all over the planet. Furthermore the two Canadian heads of Multi Culti, Thomas von Party and Dreems, are on the list as well as the masterminds behind the Digital Tsunami series, which played also a significant role at Opium Club. They are taking over Black Room tonight together with Berlin-based Lokier.
