Nach zwei vielbeachteten Platten auf Luke Slaters Mote-Evolver Label und einem experimentelleren Intermezzo mit Wedge als Dot Product legt Kamikaze Space Programme nun eine 2x12 auf Mord nach. 8 mal düsterer und vertrippter Techno in bester UK-Manier. Noch experimenteller und noch britischer langt Defunkt Dialekt zu. Live zu erwarten sind harte Glitch, Abstract und Cut-up/Battle Geschichten aus dem Herzen Birminghams in der Tradition von Aphex Twin und Autechre. DVNT bietet mit seinen Plattenfunden aus dem Süden Londons mit seiner Mantis Radioshow ein Kontrastprogramm zum Flagschiff BBC Radio 1. Techno, Bass-Music, Ambient, Electronica und was sonst noch so gefällt. Das Techno aus Großbrittanien nicht zwangsläufig immer nur England bedeuten muss, beweist Niki K aus Irland. Als Resident der Macronite Crew holt sie regelmäßig große Techno-Acts wie Marcel Fengler oder Surgeon ins beschauliche Städtchen Limerick im Südwesten der Republik. Niki K versteift sich dabei nicht auf eine stilistische Richtung. Neben Techno, IDM und Electronica gehen ihr auch Dubstep und Ghetto-House locker von der Hand.

Defunkt Dialekt is even more experimental and even more British. Expect hard glitch, abstract and cut-up / battle tales from the heart of Birmingham in the tradition of Aphex Twin and Autechre. With his record finds from the south of London, DVNT offers a contrast program to the flagship BBC Radio 1 with his Mantis radio show .
