Zum Jahresabschluss ihrer nunmehr seit 10 Jahren währenden Festplatten Family reisen die Teichmänner mal nicht selbst durch die Welt, sondern bringen den globalen Underground nach Berlin:
Der in New York ansässige Dynoman wird sich von seiner deep technoiden Seite präsentieren. Als Host der Rare Frequencies Reihe präsentiert der Pakistan stämmige Künstler den New Yorkern eigenständige elektronische Musik und bietet dabei ein Forum für die wachsende Szene Südasiatischer Underground Djs und Produzenten in den USA. Gemeinsam mit den Gebrüdern Teichmann ist er Teil des Karachi Files Ensembles, eines Projekts, dass elektronische Musiker aus Pakistan und Europa zusammenbringt.
Monopolar wiederum ist ein alter Hase der süd- und zentralamerikanischen Szene. Er betreibt das Label Panta Muzik, das ua. Künstler aus Peru und Mexiko veröffentlicht. Er ist ein gern gesehener Gast der Festplatten Family. Zur Feier des Abends wird er uns mit einem neuen Hardware Liveset Latin Techno und beglücken.
Der Dj Balto ist der Vater des Underground Szene in Honduras. Seit 20 Jahren veranstaltet er seine Modular Partys in Tegucigalpa und das REEF Festival auf Roatan mit internationalen und zentralamerikanischen Djs. Zunächst vom klassischen Techno kommend hat er sich in jüngster Zeit mehr und mehr einem deepen Sound an der Schnittstelle von Techno und House verschrieben.
Nachdem die Teichmänner dieses Jahr Teil des REEF Festivals waren, gibt´s nun ein Wiederhören im Suicide Club.

At the end of their 10 year Festplatten Family residency the Teichmänner don't travel around the world themselves but bring the global underground to Berlin: The New York-based Dynoman will present himself from its deep technoid side. As host of the Rare Frequencies series, the Pakistani rooted artist introduces New Yorkers to unique electronic music and offers a forum for the growing scene of South Asian underground DJs and producers in the USA. Together with the Teichmann brothers, he is part of the Karachi Files Ensemble, a project that brings together electronic musicians from Pakistan and Europe.
Monopolar is a veteran of the South and Central American scene. He runs the Panta Muzik label, which publishes artists from Peru and Mexico, among others. He is a welcome guest of the Festplatten Family. To celebrate the evening he will give us a new hardware liveset ranging from techno to beyond.
Dj Balto is the father of the underground scene in Honduras. Since 20 years he organizes his Modular Parties in Tegucigalpa and the REEF Festival on Roatan, with international and Central American Djs. First coming from classical techno, he has recently devoted himself more and more to a deep sound at the interface of techno and house. After the Teichmänner were part of the REEF festival this year, this is the playback at the Suicide Club.
