Nach einer kurzen Sommerpause melden sich dBridge und Kabuki mit New Forms im Watergate zurück. Beide Initiatoren blicken auf eine lange Geschichte in der Welt der Breakbeats, Electronica und Drum & Bass zurück, und sind aktuell so relevant wie nie zuvor.
Eingeladen haben sie sich diesmal den aus Bristol stammenden DJ und Produzenten Addison Groove (50 Weapons), sowie Soulmind von der Through My Speakers Familie, der auch Resident im Club Gretche ist.
Es wird übrigens das vorerst vorletzte Mal sein, dass New Forms in Berlin zu Gast ist, im nächsten Jahr melden sich Kabuki und dBridge dann aus einer anderen Stadt mit einem neuen Konzept zurück. Denn der Abend könnte ja schlecht New Forms heißen, wenn er sich nicht auch immer wieder neu erfinden würde!

After a short summer break, dBridge and Kabuki are back with New Forms at the Watergate. Both protagonists look back on a long history in the world of Breakbeats, Electronica as well as Drum & Bass, making them more relevant than ever.
Their guests this time are the Bristol-based DJ and producer Addison Groove (50 Weapons) as well as Soulmind, a member of the Through My Speakers family who is also resident at Club Gretchen.
This will be the penultimate time for New Forms to visit Berlin, next year dBridge and Kabuki will report back from a different city with a new concept. After all, the event shouldn’t be called New Forms if it wouldn’t also constantly reinvent itself!
