-Biography Lee Jones-
During his 12 years as a resident in Berlin’s Watergate club, producer and DJ Lee Jones has been through many artistic changes. After his successful downtempo beginnings as Hefner, he quickened the tempo as MyMy with Berghain resident Nick Höppner on labels such as Ostgut Ton, Playhouse and Cocoon, then refined his
cinematic, jazz infused sound with solo releases on Cityfox, Watergate Records and Aus Music. Recently he has teamed up with Ninja Tune’s Fin Grenall from Fink to create Quantum Entanglement, releasing their acidic, 90’s influenced techno on Vakant, Liebe*Detail and soon their own label, which will also be presenting Lee’s long awaited new album. As a DJ he finds a place for all these flavours,
whilst keeping a hypnotic groove on the dance floor.
