Gentle Reminder…the revolution will not be streamed.

Coming new to Paloma is a daytime affair from the freshly formed Gentle Reminder crew featuring Robert Yang (Bézier, former co-owner of San Francisco’s Honey Soundsystem), their partner Lennard (Len.Leo), and Chris Moore (electroponce, organizer for Seattle’s High+Tight and FANCYFEAST events). Now all based in Germany, the trio intends to bring a softer…dare we say gentler…interpretation of dance culture to Berlin: warm, curious, and playful.

Gentle Reminder at Paloma takes inspiration from the great American tradition of gay tea dances. From the Continental Baths to San Francisco’s iconic End Up and I-Beam events, these spaces are open to all queers and allies alike. The crowd filling a dance floor shouldn’t be easily defined; only shaped by the music and expression.

This gathering at Paloma marks the first step in a broader adventure. Gentle Reminder intends to be a series of events that will explore different shades of movement and togetherness. Each edition will bring artists from various communities to different spaces to share music and create moments of intimacy through sound.
